Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making the Foresera platform accessible to everyone.
1. Our Commitment
As an accessibility company, we hold ourselves to the standards we help others meet. Foresera is committed to ensuring that our own platform is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities.
We believe that accessibility is not just a compliance requirement — it is a fundamental aspect of good design and an essential part of serving our users well. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our entire platform, and we continuously work to identify and address barriers.
2. Standards We Follow
Our accessibility efforts are guided by the following standards and principles:
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA — We design and develop our platform to meet the success criteria defined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at the AA conformance level.
- ADA compliance — We strive to meet the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act as they apply to digital properties.
- Semantic HTML — We build our interface using proper semantic HTML elements, ensuring that content structure is meaningful and machine-readable.
- Keyboard navigation — All interactive elements and workflows on our platform are operable via keyboard alone.
- Screen reader compatibility — We test our platform with assistive technologies to ensure content is properly announced and navigable for screen reader users.
3. Measures We've Taken
We have implemented the following measures to support accessibility throughout the Foresera platform:
- Semantic HTML structure — Pages are built with proper heading hierarchies, landmark regions, and semantic elements that convey document structure to assistive technologies.
- Sufficient color contrast — Our cream and charcoal color palette has been selected and tested to meet WCAG AA contrast ratio requirements for both normal and large text.
- Keyboard-navigable interface — All buttons, links, forms, and interactive components can be reached and operated using the keyboard. Focus indicators are visible to show the currently active element.
- ARIA labels on interactive elements — Where native HTML semantics are insufficient, we use ARIA attributes to provide accessible names, descriptions, and state information for interactive components.
- Responsive design — Our layout adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels, supporting users who rely on magnification or use smaller viewports.
- Smooth scroll behavior — Navigation between sections uses smooth scrolling that respects the user's motion preferences.
- Reduced motion support — We honor the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query, reducing or eliminating animations for users who have indicated a preference for less motion.
4. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, there may be areas of our platform that do not yet fully meet our accessibility targets. We are aware that:
- Some third-party embedded content may not be fully accessible. We work with vendors to improve this where possible.
- Newly released features may have a brief period before accessibility testing is complete. We prioritize addressing any issues found during these reviews.
- Certain complex interactive components, such as data visualizations in audit reports, may present challenges for some assistive technologies. We are actively working to improve these experiences.
We take these limitations seriously and are committed to resolving them. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, we want to hear about it.
5. Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Foresera platform. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have suggestions for improvement, please let us know:
- Contact form: foresera.com/contact
- Email: hello@foresera.com
When reporting an issue, it is helpful to include the page URL, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We are committed to responding to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and will work to resolve reported issues as quickly as possible.
6. Assessment
The accessibility of the Foresera platform is currently self-assessed by our team. We evaluate our platform against WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria using a combination of automated testing tools and manual review, including keyboard-only navigation and screen reader testing.
We conduct ongoing monitoring to catch regressions and ensure that new features meet our accessibility standards before release. As our platform matures, we plan to pursue formal third-party accessibility audits to validate our conformance and identify areas for further improvement.
